Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: October 1st 2025
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases of the NCM5 Neurocaligraph Device, the Dossa API Software, and any related services provided by Dossa Tech LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Returns

Hardware (NCM5): You may return the Device within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

All sales are final. Returns will not result in a refund of the purchase price.

Devices returned under the 30-day limited warranty will be inspected and, if found defective due to manufacturing, will be repaired or replaced at the Company’s discretion.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For approved warranty claims, outbound shipping of repaired/replacement devices will be covered by the Company.

Software (Dossa API): All software subscription sales are final and non-refundable. Cancellation of subscriptions prevents future billing but does not generate refunds for unused time.
2. Refunds

No refunds will be provided for any hardware, software, subscriptions, or deposits.

Deposits made during pre-orders are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted only if the Device is deemed defective under the 30-day limited warranty.
